Southampton International Boat Show is returning for 2021 between 10 and 19 September. You can find the full list of exhibitors here and buy tickets here.

Although Seawork has been postponed this year, a new, virtual exhibition called Seawork Connect is taking place between the 5 and 7 October. Find out more here.

We were sad to hear that our partners, World Cruising Club, have cancelled World ARC 2022, with the next planned start now being in January 2023. However, ARC and ARC Plus are still scheduled to take place in November of this year and you can keep an eye on the latest updates from World Cruising Club here.

Six new research projects that aim to build a sustainable future for the marine environment were announced at the end of July – Investing in a sustainable future for our coastal economies.

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has released an updated list of Designated Standards, these standards provide the “Presumption of Conformity” for recreational craft products certified to the new UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) mark.
