The Hayes Parsons Group is made up of four companies: Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers, Admiral Marine, CMTIA and Ntegrity Insurance Solutions. As an Accounts Administrator, you will work across all four companies gaining a wide range of experience with varied insurers and clients.
Your Role
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be an integral part of our finance team. Your expertise will ensure smooth financial operations, from reconciling insurer accounts to maintaining purchase ledgers and providing crucial management information.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation: Manage monthly insurer accounts and weekly bank account reconciliations
- Financial Accuracy: Post cash receipts, payments, and journals daily while maintaining accurate records
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and insurers to resolve queries and ensure seamless operation
- Compliance: Adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Support: Assist in month-end routines, payroll processes, and other administrative tasks across all Group companies
What We Are Looking For
- Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software, reconciliation processes, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
- Multi-tasker: You must be able to work with multiple systems across different companies
- Experience: At least three years’ experience in a similar role
- Mindset: A proactive approach with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

Meet The Team
When you join the Hayes Parsons finance team, you will be joining a friendly and experienced team:
Anna has worked at Hayes Parsons for over 20 years and heads up the finance team. Anna has overall responsibility for the smooth running of the department and works closely with the Directors to set budgets and strategy.
Nicola has over 16 years’ experience and is based in our Salisbury office. She works primarily on the Admiral Marine part of the business whilst also providing additional support where needed for the wider Group.
Nilufar joined the team in March 2023 to provide additional accounts support at the company grew. Nilufar is also based in our Bristol office, and you will work closely with both her and Nicola to provide a smooth accounts service.
